  Valuations are deterministic by design: the same domain in always
  produces the same number out. No dice rolls, no clock reads, no
  "ask the model and hope." Every engine result is reproducible from
  source, pinned by golden-master snapshots, and checked by
  property-based determinism contracts in CI.

  Old school: hand-tuned heuristics, a corpus of real recorded sales,
  and a refusal to ship a number we cannot explain.
  Modern: 200+ structured signals, consensus across versioned engines,
  formal invariants, and an anti-manipulation layer that assumes someone
  is always trying to game the score.
