Module 3: The Valuation Methodology

Every appraisal scores the eight published factors, prices them against a curated corpus of real recorded sales, and reports the result with an explicit confidence range. The full parameter sheet — factor weights, the length curve, per-TLD parameters, and comparable-sales selection rules — is published on the methodology page, and every report records the methodology revision that produced it.

Core guarantee

Valuations are deterministic: the same domain input always produces the same output under the same methodology revision. No randomness or time-dependent factors are introduced into valuation calculations.

Measured accuracy

Accuracy is measured, not asserted: every methodology revision is back-tested against held-out real sales before it can become the default, and the full error table is public on the accuracy page.

Anti-manipulation

• Server-side enforcement — plan limits and quotas are enforced on the server, not just in the browser.

• Published accuracy — the back-test error table is public, so the methodology can be held to its measured performance rather than its claims.

Module 6: Pricing and Plans

All tiers have hard monthly appraisal caps - there are no unlimited tiers. The paid plans (Plus, Pro, Max) include the full feature set, and limits are enforced server-side.
