How do you come up with the price?
We compare your domain against recorded sales of similar domains - same length, words, ending, and history - and price it against what those actually sold for. The report shows you the closest sales so you can judge for yourself. The full method and its measured error rate are public: Why trust it.
Is this a certified appraisal I can use in court?
No. Prices here are model-derived estimates of what a domain would likely sell for - opinions, not certified appraisals, and not financial advice. What a certificate gives you is a number anyone can check for themselves, with the method public.
What does "lock it in" actually do?
It records the price as a numbered certificate in your chain of records. The certificate can't be edited afterwards, and anyone you send it to can recompute the number themselves - no account needed.
Someone sent me a certificate - how do I know it's real?
Paste the link they sent - or just the certificate № - and you'll see the certificate and whether it still checks out. No account needed: Check a certificate.
The price seems wrong for my domain. Why?
The model prices against recorded sales of comparable domains - it can't see a private offer you've received, your traffic, or your plans for the name. The report lists the closest sales it used, so start there. If something is factually off, write to us with the certificate № or the domain: Contact.
What happens when I re-price a domain?
You get a fresh certificate with the next number, and the old one stays on record marked as replaced. Nothing in the chain is quietly edited - that's the point.
What does it cost, exactly?
Your first 3 price reports are free - no card. Paid plans start at $39 a month for 50 reports, every plan is a hard monthly cap, and nothing is charged without telling you first: Pricing.
Do you buy, sell, or broker domains?
No - not a marketplace and not a broker. We don't buy, sell, or take a cut; the price report is the product, and it's the same for everyone.
Can I delete a certificate?
A certificate can't be quietly removed any more than it can be edited - that's what makes one worth sending. Re-pricing the domain replaces it with a newer certificate, and the old one stays on record. For account or data deletion, write to us: Contact.
