Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What counts as one appraisal?
Each domain lookup that returns a full report - factor breakdown, comparable sales, and confidence interval - uses one appraisal credit.
What happens when I reach my monthly cap?
Appraisals pause at your monthly cap - they do not stop your account or affect anything you have already saved. Buy a one-time Single Appraisal, or move up a tier; your monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Do certificates expire?
Certificates remain verifiable indefinitely via their verifier link. The appraisal behind each certificate reflects conditions at the date of issue.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrading charges the new plan in full and takes effect immediately. To move to a smaller plan or cancel, use Manage billing in your account.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes - yearly billing gives you two months free. Toggle the billing period above the plan cards to see annual pricing.
