The domain appraisal of record

Type a domain, get the price it would likely sell for.

What is your domain
actually worth?

Type a domain and get the price it would likely sell for - based on recorded sales, not guesses. Then lock the price into a certificate anyone can check, no account needed.

For buyers, sellers, and brokers pricing a domain. Your first 3 price reports are free - no account needed. See a worked example first - no typing, no account.

How it works

You name a domain

The model prices it against real closing prices of comparable domains - not asking prices, not opinions. Same domain, same answer, every time.

You lock the price in

The price becomes a numbered certificate. It can never be quietly edited - a fresh price gets a new certificate, and the old one stays on record.

Anyone checks it

You send one link. The buyer, the broker, the bank - anyone can recompute the number themselves, live, with no account. That is the whole point.

Built for

Sellers who need a defensible ask, buyers weighing an offer, and brokers or lenders who need a number a third party will accept.

What this is not

Not a marketplace and not a broker - we don't buy, sell, or take a cut. The price report is the product, and it's the same for everyone.

Published appraisals

Every published appraisal is a deterministic estimate with factor scores and comparable sales, and anyone can rerun it.

Accuracy, measured

We don’t ask you to take the numbers on faith. Every methodology revision is back-tested against held-out real sales before it can ship, and the full error table is public - median error, hit rates, and bias, reproducible from the committed evaluation set.

Rerun any domain and the engine returns the identical figure. Every report carries a SHA-256 digest anyone can recompute, byte for byte.

Hash-chained

A certificate is never edited - only superseded. Your registry renders every file as a hash chain, recomputed in your browser, so a doctored figure has nowhere to hide.
