Paid plans do not renew automatically. One purchase covers one billing period - a month, or a year if billed annually - and nothing is charged again. When the term ends your account returns to Free unless you renew from your account page.
Need a size between the tiers? Set your monthly volume and pay for exactly that - the per-appraisal price drops as you scale, and you are never charged for a cap you will not use.
