The name appears here once checkout is set up. The _odvs record carries the appraisal figures and the contact; _odvs-pay says which Square account is paid.
How the money moves: the buyer's card is held for up to 7 days. It is charged when the buyer confirms the transfer, or, for sales up to $2,000, when the public registry record shows the name at the buyer's registrar and the buyer's TXT record appears, or 48 hours after that move if the buyer does not report a problem. If neither happens in 7 days the hold lapses and the buyer pays nothing. Once charged, Square pays you out on your account's usual schedule. Above $2,000 only the buyer's confirmation releases the payment, so with a buyer you do not know, use an escrow service; card checkout stops at $25,000.
